The Labocosmetica Wash Pad was developed with master detailer Reggy Cox, who personally selected the fabric, weight and size to create the ideal touch for every part of the car. With a different fibre on each side, one pad handles both large paint panels and delicate detail areas.
The Labocosmetica Reggy Wash Pad is a high-quality, double-sided wash pad for a particularly controlled and paint-friendly vehicle wash. The two sides have different fibre structures and can be used according to the degree of soiling and the specific area of the vehicle. This allows the Reggy Wash Pad to combine a gentle, conditioning wash with the ability to target even stubborn dirt in specific spots.
One side is made of long-pile chenille microfibre. The long and exceptionally soft fibres absorb large amounts of water and shampoo solution, providing excellent lubrication during hand washing. This reduces friction on the paint surface. This side is ideal for large painted areas as well as for sensitive, sealed, or coated vehicles.
The second side is made of short-pile microfibre and offers more direct contact with the surface. It is particularly suitable for areas with slightly heavier soiling such as insect residue, light mud stains, and minor stubborn dirt. This allows you to easily switch between the two sides during car washing without needing to use an additional cleaning agent.
The high-density microfibre reliably traps loosened dirt particles such as dust and sand within its fibre structure. This reduces the risk of redistributing already loosened particles across the paint surface. Combined with a sufficient amount of shampoo solution, the Reggy Wash Pad thus enables a particularly gentle and controlled hand wash.
Measuring approximately 22 x 21 cm, the wash pad fits comfortably and directly in the hand. Unlike larger washing pads, it allows for precise control and excellent fingertip sensitivity. In addition to the hood, roof, and doors, smaller areas around door handles, emblems, side mirrors, bumpers, and vehicle pillars can also be easily cleaned.
Chenille side, for paintwork: soft, plush strands work like dozens of fingertips, gliding over large panels without pressure and spreading dirt evenly rather than dragging it across the surface.
Microfibre side, for glass and detail areas: soft, dense fibres flex into gaps, grilles and tight areas for precise cleaning, and work well on glass.
Due to the manufacturing process, the chenille may shed slightly at the cut edges when new. This is a natural characteristic of the fabric and not a defect.
